Tanalith Extra choice for new Golf Facility
- 18 February 2016
The Eindhoven Golf Club in the Netherlands is the largest indoor golf range in Europe.

Siberian Larch was chosen for the external cladding of this superb facility. Preservative treated with Tanalith Extra, the maintenance free timber cladding was supplied by Foreco.

The Eindhoven Golf club was founded by Anton Philips in 1930. His granddaughter Anneke Tuyt-van Riemsdijk is the driving force behind this project.

The architects WillemsenU, also based in Eindhoven, work regularly with WaxedWood® from Foreco - http://willemsenu.nl/projecten/indoor-golf-academy

The golf club contains three practice rooms with a personal trainer and high speed cameras, allowing swing practice from the covered tee onto the 150m long outdoor range. The first floor also has a putting area overlooking the driving range.

The building has DUBO sustainability certification and KOMO certification of the Tanalith treated WaxedWood®.
